bkm Development Company, LLC, is a full service real estate company, founded in 2002 by Brian K. Malliet. bkm specializes in construction, development, acquisition, property repositioning, and asset management services.

In 2002, after twelve (12) years with Voit Commercial Brokerage and five (5) years with Voit Development Company, working closely with Bob Voit, Brian decided it was time to take his extensive experience and success, and start his own firm. It is Brian’s experience, his joint venture arrangements with many private investors, and his strong relationship with Wells Fargo Bank that gives bkm the ability to handle purchases of any size.
