Rene joined bkm in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a 20-year veteran real estate professional with degrees in finance and economics.

In 1989, Rene launched his own company, Proforma Plus, with the goal of providing top-notch real estate financial services and asset management to clients. Through the years, he has developed expertise in feasibility analysis, loan packaging, financial and accounting reporting, auditing, due diligence and CAM reconciliation—invaluable skills that add depth to the bkm team.

Through Proforma Plus, Rene has worked with many leading real estate companies, including Birtcher Real Estate Group, CB Commercial, CT Realty, Cushman & Wakefield, Grubb & Ellis, The Seeley Companies, Sares Regis Group and The Voit Companies, among others.
