With over 13 (thirteen) years real estate experience, Caryn joined the bkm Development team at inception as Vice President - Acquisitions/ Development. She plays a crucial role in all aspects of the due diligence, acquisition, project management, reposition and development processes. She has been instrumental in bkm’s success to date.

Prior to bkm, Caryn was a project manager at Voit Development Company responsible for the asset management, property management, rehabilitation and disposition of several large portfolios in excess of 5,000,000 square feet. She previously worked for a large Japanese real estate holding company handling all aspects of real estate management and company operations for six (6) years. She started her real estate and entitlement career with Kosmont & Associates.

Caryn attended the University of California at Santa Barbara.
