Dave joined bkm in 2006 as a Project Manager. He facilitates acquisitions, construction, entitlements and other aspects of project planning and development for the bkm development team.

Prior to bkm, Dave developed a broad base of real estate knowledge in his work as an employee of companies like C.B. Commercial (CBRE) and Birtcher Construction; as a loan officer for financial institutions like Infinity Capital; and as an entrepreneur in residential mortgage production and management. He coordinated demolition, site preparation and tenant improvement projects; and in recent years has developed high end custom homes .   While in the mortgage sector, he managed the business pipeline as well as staff and helped grow one firm’s gross net sales from $350,000 to $9.5 million over a five year period.
