Prior to starting bkm Development
Company, LLC, Brian was Vice President of Acquisition & Development
at Voit Development Company from 1998 to 2002. He was
responsible for the acquisition and development of property
worth over $487 million and in excess of 6,000,000 square
feet. Brian oversaw all aspects of acquisition, underwriting,
development and execution, and raising investment capital.
One acquisition, which included properties in Orange,
Los Angeles, and San Diego counties, was the largest
industrial portfolio to be acquired in Southern California
in over a decade.
Prior to Voit Development Company, Brian was a Vice
President in the Voit Commercial Brokerage Anaheim office
for twelve (12) years. He sold and/or leased in excess
of $750 million in commercial property totaling more
than 154 million square feet. Brian was honored as one
of the firm’s “Top 5” producers for
his last ten (10) years with the brokerage company.
Brian graduated from San Diego State University with a
BS in Business Administration.
